1. Try denim shorts and a graphic tee. A go-to casual look for the holiday is a combination of some laid back denim shorts and a graphic tee in a patriotic color. Pair this look with white extras, such as a hat and fashion sneakers.
2. Wear a LRD. A little red dress is perfect for a date night on the 4th, as it is sophisticated, fun, and sexy. Try pairing it with navy and white extras, such as pumps and jewelry for a put-together look.
3. Wear black and white. You don't need to get on the bandwagon of wearing head-to-toe red, white, and blue. Instead, you can wear your go-to look (black and white for me!) and just pair a patriotic accessory and/or shoe to show your spirit.
4. Make hair and makeup a part of your look. Hair and makeup should always be a part of your ensemble, but you can definitely have even more fun with it on the 4th. Try different braided looks in your hair and add a red lip or bit of blue liner to your eye makeup.
