In 2013, co-owners, Maria Alferov and Sebastian Casanova married together their love for art, dancing and food to create Artango.  Artango Bar & Steakhouse features authentically prepared Argentinian food, exotic cocktails, and tango performances and lessons, for diners to watch or join in!

I had the pleasure of visiting Artango for the first time last week.  I was excited to learn that they offer complimentary tango lessons for their guests, every Tuesday!  Class usually starts around 7pm/7:30, but most people get there early to get a good seat.

While I decided to bow out of dance lessons this time, I did get to sample a selection of their amazing menu offerings!

San Telmo / Flan infused in cardamom & cinnamon, dulce de leche cream, almond crispy meringue

Empanadas / ricotta cheese & spinach / beef & olives / ham & cheese / humita - corn & mozzarella

Trio De Ceviche / Ceviche tasting, chef's choice

Paella Del Sur / langoustine, fish, scallops, calamari, shrimp, saffron rice

Grass-fed rib eye

La Viruta /CasaNoble crystal tequila, blue curaçao, jalapeño, agave nectar, lime juice

Whether you are a fan of steak or not, there is something for everyone on their diverse menu!  I highly recommend the paella and the ceviche if you are craving more "surf" than "turf".  No matter what you choose as your entree, make sure you finish your meal with a taste of the flan,  Trust me, you wont regret it!

Artango Bar & Steakhouse is open Monday through Thursday, 5 – 11 p.m.; Friday, 5 p.m. – 1 a.m.; Saturday 3 p.m. – 1 a.m., and Sunday 3 p.m. – 10 p.m. For more information or to make reservations, call (872) 208-7441, or visit www.artangosteakhouse.com.
