Antoine Griezmann has been urged by his Atletico Madrid team-mate Fernando Torres to snub a summer move.

Griezmann, Express Sport understands, is Manchester United’s top summer target.

It is thought now that his release clause has risen from £86million to £130m to dissuade suitors.

But Torres thinks Griezmann should resist the temptation to leave Atletico.

“That's normal when young players become one of the best in the world, everyone wants to sign them," Torres told BBC’s Football Focus.

"You can go to many other places in the world and they cannot offer what Atletico can offer you right now: competing in the league, competing in the Champions League, one of the most respected teams in Europe - so there is no reason to leave."

Mesut Ozil may reportedly have to back down in his contract dispute with Arsenal.

The German will be a free agent next summer and has yet to sign a new deal.

Manchester United are among a handful of clubs keeping tabs, but according to the Daily Mail, interest from Europe’s elite isn’t as substantial as first thought.

It is said Ozil doesn’t want to move to China, despite having a number of mega-money offers on the table.

Should an agreement failed to be reached, the Gunners, it is thought they will actively seek to sell the 28-year-old at the end of the season.

Chelsea target Alvaro Morata has told Real Madrid he’ll leave them this summer, according to reports.

The Spaniard has struggled to cement a first-team spot under Zinedine Zidane this term.

Antonio Conte is a big fan of the striker and is keen to bolster his attack.

And Spanish outlet Diario Gol claim Morata has already put the wheels in motion over a move by buying a house in London with his girlfriend.
