How to Style: Camel Vest

Hello all of you HalfStackers! I am excited to share another How to Style article here on HalfStack with you all. This week, we are focusing on the many ways you can style a camel vest, such as the one pictured below. The garment in the image below is tailored and very chic, so it is a great layering piece to have in your wardrobe for the fall. Check out my 5 tips on how you can style it:

1. Over a Dress. You can easily wear this gorgeous topper over either a fitted or shift dress this fall. Pair with tights and booties and you are set.

2. Top Off Basics. A black or burgundy turtleneck looks super chic when worn under this topper. Since the vest is looser it compliments the fitted silhouette of the top.

3. Layer Over Leather. This vest would definitely look chic with a pair of leather leggings and/or pants. The longer style of the vest covers your booty, while adding a sophisticated touch to the overall ensemble.

4. Dress Up Your Dress Pants. Since this vest is very professional, you can easily wear it to work. Wear it with a printed blouse and skinny dress pants for a chic look. Don't forget to add a long necklace and chic pumps or booties.
