2. Toss on a Cropped Jacket. If you have a jacket that has cropped sleeves, then layer it on over a bell sleeve top. This way, you are adding another element to you look, while still allowing those bell sleeves to peak out around your wrists.
3. Pair Bell Sleeves with Bell Flares. Balance is the key to styling any look, so I love balancing a bell sleeve blouse with a pair of flare jeans. This look is a bit bohemian, yet right on trend.
4. Keep Jewelry Simple. The exaggerated cut of the top is what you want to showcase, so don't overdo it when it comes to accessorizing. Add a necklace or edgy rings if your outfit could use a bit of shine, but bracelets are fairly pointless, since they will be hidden by the sleeves.
